Built by people who run email for a living

Who makes this, and what happens to anything you send it.

MailArrive is built and run by Matano Enterprises LLC, a New Jersey company trading as Matano IT Solutions.

It exists because email either arrives or it does not, and almost nobody outside the trade can tell which, or why. The answers are sitting in public records. They are just written for people who already know the vocabulary. Everything here is an attempt to say the same thing in language you can act on.

Plain English, with the receipts underneath

Every check explains itself before it shows you a record. You get the verdict in words you can act on, and the raw technical data is always one click away if you want to see exactly what we read. Nothing is hidden behind a summary you have to take on faith.

What happens to what you send

Checks read only public records, never your inbox. Forwarded scam emails are analyzed, kept 30 days, then deleted. Forwarding us a scam is not consent to be marketed to, and using a free tool does not add you to a mailing list.

The privacy notice spells all of it out, including which pages carry analytics and which deliberately do not.

Reaching us

Whichever is easiest. A person reads all three.
Hands-on work is delivered by Matano IT, the IT practice behind MailArrive.

Built in public

Progress, mistakes, and the occasional scam worth warning people about go out on Instagram, X and Facebook.
